International terms and conditions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By buying goods from us, you agree to the following terms, if you do not agree then please do not purchase from us.
International shipping is expensive and has an element of risk. You will be subject to currency exchange charges from your credit card company. If you are outside the EU, you are likely to incur custom charges on goods purchased from us in your own country. These charges can be significant and it is your responsibility to know those fees before you place your order. Sometimes, items will be held by customs and not released. Delays can be significant. We cannot be held liable for this, and will not issue refunds for items that are held in customs.
Due to high shipping charges and logistics, damaged or defective goods will not be returned to us. Instead, we might ask for proof of the defect (email a photo) and refund you the amount of the item. We will not ship a replacement. Items older than 30 days will not be warranted through us and you will have contact the manufacturer through their international customer service.
Missing or wrong Items: We check and double check all orders and sign off on each item. In the event an item is missing, please first check all packaging and make sure it isn't hidden in the packaging. In the case it is missing or an incorrect item, send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund you for the item. We will not ship a replacement.
Returns: we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipping cost will not be deducted. We do not charge restocking fees.
Note: Due to airline security restricts we cannot ship any aerosol products internationally.
