Instructions
1. To start off with, cover the card with a good baby themed backing paper. This example using the Crate Baby Bee pack, but there are plenty of choices here, here and here. Draw a dashed line around the edge using a black pen for the stitched effect.
2. Next, take a sheet of light white card and emboss it in the cuttlebug machine. Add the colour to the raised parts of the design by gently rubbing an ink pad over the surface of the card. Practice on a scrap of card first to try and get the amount of colouring just right. Cut the coloured and embossed card down to size, so it fits well on your card. Cut a narrow strip of card that is the same width, but tall enough for the ribbon to fit on it. Stick this onto your embossed panel and finally wrap a length of baby ribbon around it. Attach this firmly round the back using tape or glue (it will be hidden, so you don't need to worry about making it neat).

3. The next step is to make the baby panel. We do this by stamping the baby image onto some white card, using the stazon ink. You can colour this in using your favourite colours (blue for a boy or pink for a girl naturally).

4. It is now time to start assembling all the different parts of the card together. First attach the embossed panel to the card using mini mounting pads. Next attach the baby panel to the card using brads. Push a hole through the card using a sharp point, to guide the brad into the right place.
5. Finally we can make the little tag that has been attached to the card. Stamp the baby once again, onto a sheet of frosted shrink plastic. Before you shrink it, don't forget to punch a hole at the top - a standard office hole puncher will make a hole that is just about right. When the ink is dry, heat the shrink plastic so that is shrinks down, giving you a miniature version of the same design. Thread some more of the baby ribbon through and attach it to the card with a bow.
