Stazon Large Ink Pad, Jet Black Code: IST-4157

This is a jet black solvent based ink pad from Tsukineko's Stazon range. The pad uses the larger rectangular ink surface, which is about 8cm x 5cm (3 x 1 3/4") in size.

This is a fast drying ink (instant on paper and card, but can take a few minutes to fully dry on non-porous surfaces). The ink is also fully waterproof, so you can colour over a stamped image using water colours, blending pens or any other inks without smudging the original image. It is also acid free and archival quality.

The surface of the ink pad is raised to make it easy to apply the ink to stamps of any size.

The Stazon range of inks are excellent for most surfaces, including plastic, metal, glass, ceramic, laminated paper and leather, though it is not recommended for use on fabric. They are also perfect for stamping on to ordinary paper and card.

As this is a permanent waterproof ink, it can be tricky to clean off your stamps, so we recommend Stazon Stamp Cleaner, which is especially designed for cleaning this kind of ink.

Not suitable for children.

Little Brown Dog Workshop
