Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Simply contact us for a Returns Number and send the goods back within 30 days of purchase. All goods and packaging must be in resalable condition. We will be able to refund you for the value of any goods returned to us. We do not charge a restocking fee however customers are responsible for any postage for returning unwanted goods (this doesn't include damaged or incorrect items see below).

Although quite expensive, a good buy to make a simple and effective image for a Christmas card. It resulted in a very clear and delicate outline - tried in both silver and purple inks on black card and added a few simple silver sparkle embellishments.

This stamp is a little more expensive than most stamps this size ......... but it certainly is worth the money. It gives very clear results, is easy to use and looks amazing when embossed with silver onto navy card. A few gemstones added sparingly to parts of the tree adds a lovely finishing touch. I used this last Christmas and I'm sure will continue to use for many more!
