Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Simply contact us for a Returns Number and send the goods back within 30 days of purchase. All goods and packaging must be in resalable condition. We will be able to refund you for the value of any goods returned to us. We do not charge a restocking fee however customers are responsible for any postage for returning unwanted goods (this doesn't include damaged or incorrect items see below).

The stencil was great. I used it for the glitter idea on the website. I found that the soap deposited itself onto the sticky which resulted in sparse glitter coverage. Maybe I was putting too much soap on? It's not as straightforward as it seemed but the result was pretty good all the same. People loved the cards that we made so that was all that mattered!!
