Great for card making, scrapbooking, home decor, fashion and more, the Sizzix Big Shot machine starter kit opens up a whole new world of crafty creativity.

Don’t be fooled by the pretty pink and black exterior - this machine means business. It’s as sturdy as they come, making light work of cutting and embossing cardstock, fabric, craft metals, magnet, rubber, sponge and lots more besides.

The machine can cut and emboss shapes up to 6” wide, and is compatible with the entire collection of Sizzix dies and embossing folders - a huge library which includes Bigz, Decorative Strips, Embosslits, Movers and Shapers, Originals, Scoreboards, Simple Impressions, Sizzlits, Texturz and Textured Impressions.

The Big Shot can also be used with Cuttlebug and Spellbinders dies - in fact all of the most popular die brands - giving you an endless variety of designs to use in your projects.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Simply contact us for a Returns Number and send the goods back within 30 days of purchase. All goods and packaging must be in resalable condition. We will be able to refund you for the value of any goods returned to us. We do not charge a restocking fee however customers are responsible for any postage for returning unwanted goods (this doesn't include damaged or incorrect items see below).

If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund any postage costs you incur, if the error was ours. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

Been thinking about buying the big shot for ages! Then this great starter came up at a great price, I thought why not? Tho I've got the cricut they both do different cuts. I'm very pleased with the big shot, easy to use, ok you need a few extra bits and bobs but it great! Gradually buying dies now. It's a lil bit heavy to carry around but that just proves its sturdy, and won't badge while using it. In simple words I love it :) x

Fantastic product! Easy to use, looks great and I can use pretty much any die cutter in it. You will need an extra solo thin adapter plate for thinner dies though. Just what I needed to take my crafting to the next level.

I wanted the Big Shot so that i could make larger cards and it is brilliant for what i wanted ,i am having a bit of trouble getting assesories for it though. I started with a CuttleBug and i am struggling at the moment toget larger embossing pads for my BigShot mind you I like the BigShot very much and i'm still practicing with it, I do find it easier to wind through though, and they say Practice makes Perfect.

I am embossing a number of cards and get frustrated because the plates slip and slide out of alignment making the feedthrough a bit of a trial. Something to stop it slipping would help. Having said that once it is through the result is good on A6 although the embossing folders leave a mark at the bottom of the card. Not too much of a problem but I also wanted to run some square cards through (bigger than A6) and the folders leave line marks along each side as well as the bottom. So it doesn't do what I want it to do without making a hash of my card. They really need to modify the feedthrough - some simple guides would really help. Some non slip plates would help too. I am not making use of it as I could because of the sheer frustration.

I absolutely love my new Big Shot. It's simple to use and the dies included cut beautifully. I've tried cutting all sorts of materials from thin paper to thick card, foil, fabric and felt with brilliant results each time. You will need to purchase a solo thin die adaptor separately if you want to use thin dies such as spellbinders nestabilities, memory box or sizzix framelits. My only quibble and it has nothing to do with the machine is the use of Yodel as a courier. I paid extra for express delivery but it took several days for this to arrive, this wasn't Handy Hippos fault and they were very apologetic.

This is the first Sizzix machine that i haved owned and found it to give brilliant results. The starter kits gives you everything you basically need to get started. You will need to buy some additional bits to use texture plates and thin metal stencils etc. The Sizzix website is very good and explains what you need. The delivery from handy hippo was very quick and reliable.

Although I have not had this product for very long, I have found it easy to use and very satisfying with excellent results. In addition to the starter kit I bought a multi purpose platform as that seems to be what people use on youtube and the starter kit came with a solo shim which did not seem enough for spellbinder dies. I also bought an tan embossing mat. I am very pleased with the product

I think people need to know that when cutting dies the plastic plates get marked immediately - I didnt know this and went into a panic thinking I was using the machine incorrectly. Having researched the internet and watched youtube clips - its apparent that the dies cut into the plates - its normal! + you need to flip the plates over so often as the top plate can warp and eventually snap. I didnt know this. However machine is great, does what I wanted it to do.
